Dear Customers and Partners,
I am sure you have been receiving many communications on this topic, but with the continued spread of COVID-19, I felt it was important to provide an update on our business operations and more importantly, give you some comfort about our commitment and capability to support your business through these uncertain times.
Our primary focus during this period has been on maintaining the wellbeing of our team, customers, partners and the wider community, without interruption to critical business operations.
As a leader in the digital workspace, we have always worked from home or remote locations, and we were well prepared for this eventuality. All of our core business tools and systems exist in highly resilient, distributed cloud-based infrastructure and we are confident they will continue to perform exceptionally without hands-on engagement.
Starting this week, we have initiated our BCP processes across the entire TDL operation with a view to moving all TDL operations to a remote work mode. Today the majority of TDL employees across Cyberjaya, Melbourne and Sydney are operating successfully remotely.
We may be a distributed workforce, but it is business as usual at TDL, and as always our team is fired up and ready to help.
We are already working with many of our key customers assisting them with technology, change management and operational support.
By the end of this week, we expect to transition 1000’s of end users to new digital work models to ensure our customers can continue to deliver to their customers and stakeholders.
If you are struggling to tackle these new challenges, perhaps have a look at our quickstart article here about how to ensure business continuity in a crisis and the ways TDL can support your transition to remote working.
Please keep an eye on our social channels for further updates and please contact us if we can help in any way.
In the meantime, remember:
Be kind and support each other;
Check in on each other and stay connected.
