mission-critical applications, combining on-site surveys and data
collection with off-site analysis and bench-marking :
- Site survey where consultants will interview and collect
data covering mechanical, electrical, structural, life safety and
communications infrastructure
- Review of the data centre operational procedures based on
ITIL Industry best practices
- Review of operational support and readiness of the data
centre support teams
- Documentation of where overall consumption levels are,
growth potential/limitation and how to optimise efficiency from the
data centre
